Why Am I Not Charged Shipping At Checkout?
Since we use such a wide assortment of shipping carriers, and the coverage of many of these carriers is limited to certain delivery areas, we research the most cost-effective shipping method prior to shipment. Where DHL might have the best prices for shipping a Projector, they cannot ship an item such as a Steeple due to its size. After you submit your order we will contact you with shipping options so you get the best shipping price.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards and checks on orders up to $2000. On orders over $2000 we only accept Church Checks, Company checks, or Cashiers Checks.
Do You Offer Financing?
We are working on offering financing for items purchased from this website. For items under $5000, we have several fundraising programs to help you reach your needs and aquire the finances needed to aquire the items you need. Is Local Pickup of Items Possible?
If it saves you money, of course! Small to Medium Steeples and Baptistries can usually be picked up with a Flatbed Trailer and a good pickup truck. Just make sure to contact us first about what you will need. Steeples and Baptistries can be arranged for local pickup in Texas. Other items such as podiums, Projectors, Pews, etc, are warehoused all across the United States, please check with us first to verify pickup locations. Again, you Must check with us first, if you show up to pick up an order with a vehicle or trailer that is unsafe to carry the load, we will not load it, we cant, and we wont.
