SHIPPING PREFACE
Since we use such a wide assortment of shipping carriers, and the coverage of many of these carriers is limited to certain delivery areas, we research the most cost-effective shipping method prior to shipment. Where DHL might have the best prices for shipping a Projector, they cannot ship an item such as a Steeple due to its size. After you submit your order we will contact you with shipping options so you get the best shipping price prior to processing your order.
LOCAL PICKUP
Small to Medium Steeples and Baptistries can usually be picked up with a Flatbed Trailer and a good pickup truck. Just make sure to contact us first about what you will need. Steeples and Baptistries can be arranged for local pickup in Texas. Other items such as podiums, Projectors, Pews, etc, are warehoused all across the United States, please check with us first to verify pickup locations. Again, you Must check with us first, if you show up to pick up an order with a vehicle or trailer that is unsafe to carry the load, we will not load it, we cant, and we wont.
SMALL ITEM SHIPPING
Smaller items, under 100 LBS, are usually shipped via FedEx or UPS within 1-3 Business days unless backordered.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but average package
arrival after purchase is 7 to 14 business days for most continental United States
destinations. Please note that shipping times may be affected by many factors
such as Holidays, Weather conditions and many other factors. Although delayed
shipments are rare, they do happen from time to time. If
you have any questions about our shipping, please contact us.
We cannot ship to P.O.
Boxes as most shipping companies wont deliver to them.
LARGE ITEM SHIPPING
Larger Items above 100 LBS, such as Pews, Steeples, Baptistries, Cupolas, etc, are shipped via independent carriers and can vary greatly in cost and delivery time. Steeples and Baptistries are commonly made to order and take a minimum of 1 month to manufacture. If you have a question or want a quote on shipping of a larger item such as a Steeple or Baptistry, constact us.
BACKORDERS
Backorders happen from time to time as we sell high volumes of the products listed on this website. The average backorder period is 2-3 weeks but in some cases can be longer. If an item you orderd is on backorder, you will be contacted via email and advised of the estimated backorder waiting period. The items you ordered that were not on backorder will be shipped and billed BUT any backordered items will be shipped and billed upon shipment unless cancelled.
RETURNS
All Returned items will be subject to restocking fees of between 15% and 25% depending on the item(s) purchased. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Made To Order items such as Steeples and Baptistries are non returnable, although they are covered by limited manufacturer warranties against defects.
CREDIT CARD BILLING
Charges for your purchases will appear on your Credit Card statement as being billed by Twin Flame Designs of Commerce Texas.
